Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex type heat exchanger wherein a plurality of heat exchangers are surely connected without deforming and loosening bolts. SOLUTION: First and second brackets 20, 25 are disposed on a gas-liquid separator 18 of a condenser 1 and a second refrigerant header tank 15a. First and second threaded hole portions 34b, 35b are formed on first and second cooling water header tanks 34a, 35a of a radiator 2 for electric components. A shaft of the first threaded hole portion 34b is directed in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, and a shaft of the second threaded hole portion 35b is directed in the horizontal direction of the vehicle. The first and second brackets 20, 25 are fastened and fixed to the first and second threaded screw hole portions 34b, 35b by bolts 41, 42. As the axial direction of the bolts 41, 42 can be changed thereby, the condenser 1 and the radiator 2 for the electric component are surely connected without deforming and loosening seating faces of the bolts 41, 42.
