VENTILATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of easily mounting a louver, performing maintenance such as replacement of a motor from an indoor side, and mounting the louver even when a ventilation fan main body is mounted on a ceiling material or an upper side of a wood frame. SOLUTION: In a ventilation device main body 7 made of a resin, provided with a motor holding plate 4 for mounting a motor 3 rotating a blade 5 at an upper portion, and a casing 6 covering the blade 5 and the motor 3 inside of a housing provided with a suction opening 1 and a flange portion 18 on its bottom face, and a vent hole 2 on its side face 8, and provided with the resin louver 15 on the bottom face, a vertically slidable L-shaped bracket 16 is mounted on the flange portion 18 of the ventilation device main body 7, a magnet 17 is mounted at a ventilation device main body 7 side of the louver 15, and the louver 15 is mounted on the bottom face of the ventilation device main body 7.
