Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity universal joint having compact construction with lower manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The constant velocity universal joint comprises linear track grooves 26, 27 formed in the outer peripheral face of an inner ring 21 and in the inner peripheral face of an outer ring 22, respectively, in the axial direction in the state of being inclined to the axial direction in mutually opposed directions, balls 23 incorporated in crossings between both track grooves 26, 27, and a cage 24 arranged between the outer peripheral face of the inner ring 21 and the inner peripheral face of the outer ring 22 for holding the balls 23.
