SOLUTION: The slide frame 11 having placing object falling preventive bars 13, 13, etc. is vertically slidably arranged in front of a rack body 1. The rear slide frame 21 sliding in the inverse direction of the front slide frame 11 when the front side frame 11 slides backward and having the placing object falling preventive bodies 23, 23, etc. is provided. A stopper 40 stopping a slide of the front slide frame 11 is arranged on a rack body front horizontal sash bar 4, and the front slide frame 11 is set larger in weight than the rear slide frame 21.
