Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily dispose an antenna at the appropriate position according to the size of a vehicle or arrangement in the vehicle especially when disposing the antenna for the inside of the vehicle which receives the signal of a transmitter while an occupant having the transmitter sits on the seat in an antenna arrangement structure of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A floor board 13 is placed on a floor panel 8 positioned downward on the front side of a seat, and a recessed part 16 or a hole part is formed on the upper surface of the floor board 13. The antenna 7 of a vehicle remote device is disposed on the recessed part 16 or the hole part of the floor board 13, and a floor carpet is placed on the upper surface of the floor board 13.
