Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a slip coating, which is excellent in adhesive strength and wear resistance and exhibits a low coefficient of friction, in a short time on the surface of a rubber-made part sliding relatively to glass. SOLUTION: The method for forming a wear-resistant slip coating film, which is stuck firmly to the rubber-made part and has the low coefficient of friction, comprises the steps of: applying water-based paint containing a urethane resin emulsion (a), a curing agent (b) having a carbodiimido group, an antifriction agent (c), silicone oil (d) and a filler (e) to at least a part of the surface of the rubber-made part; and drying and curing the applied paint by dielectric heating.
