UMBRELLA WITH SHIELD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella capable of reducing unpleasantness with a fabric getting wet in the rain and restricting a fall when the umbrella is set against a seat. SOLUTION: Waterproofing is performed in a part of a back fabric in order to reduce the unpleasantness with the wet fabric, which is partially opened along a rib. A waterproof sheet having a waterproof cover at one end is fixed to the rib or the back fabric by allowing the opposite end of the cover part to pass the opening part of the fabric. In order to restrict the fall of the umbrella, a fabric with hooked hard fibers planted thereon is stuck onto the surface of the fabric or the waterproof sheet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
