Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a stable voltage without being affected by noise. SOLUTION: There are arranged a reference voltage source 20 that generates a reference voltage Vref, and a linear regulator 30 that stabilizes an input voltage Vbat on the basis of the reference voltage Vref generated by the reference voltage source 20. An output voltage Vreg of the linear regulator 30 is fed as power supply voltages of a switching control part 40 and the reference voltage source 20. The linear regulator 30 is constituted such that a regulation mode that outputs a voltage corresponding to the reference voltage Vref, and a bypass mode that outputs the input voltage Vbat irrespective of the reference voltage Vref are switchable. At the start of a power supply device 100, the linear regulator 30 is operated in the bypass mode until the input voltage Vbat reaches a prescribed threshold voltage Vth, and when the input voltage exceeds the threshold voltage, the linear regulator is operated in the regulation mode.
