PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device for reducing the number of key operations necessary for setting a target frequency band and displaying it. SOLUTION: A mask frequency band in usable frequency band is beforehand designated by a mask indication key 6. The mask frequency band information designated by the mask indication key 6 and information of each frequency band of a usable frequency band are stored in a memory 4. Out of usable frequency bands other than the mask frequency band, a frequency band is retrieved for every depression of A key 5 in increasing order or descending order sequentially from a memory 4, and indication based on the retrieved frequency band is displayed on a display unit 8, and the transceiving frequency band is set to the displayed frequency band.
