SOLUTION: A bobbin 2 has first winding and second winding provided at an interval and has a flat bottom face. Molding coils 4 and 5 are single-layer-winding coils made of a coated wire, and both ends 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b with a metallic wire exposed serve as external terminals. A ceiling 3 has flanges 32 and 33 joined with the bobbin 2 at its ends to cover the coils 4 and 5. A common mode magnetic path passing through the coils 4 and 5 are formed by the cooperation of the bobbin 2 and the ceiling 3, and in addition an independent normal mode magnetic path is formed in each of the coils 4 and 5.
