SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MAN-HOUR ESTIMATION DEVICE, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MAN-HOUR ESTIMATION METHOD, AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MAN-HOUR ESTIMATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software development man-hour estimation method for estimating software development man-hours, by small man-hours and with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This man-hour estimation method, in consideration of presence of software behind a control on a screen for processing it, follows design information on a screen displayed by software of an estimation target, and displays, on a display, a list of control means for estimation defined to allow identification of man-hours required for software development when implementing the control means displayed on the screen, for displaying the screen displayed by the software on the display. Then, a corresponding control means for estimation is assigned to the control means on the displayed screen, the number of assigned control means for estimation is totalized for each kind of control means for estimation, for each displayed screen, and evaluation is made based on weighting set according to the kind of control means for estimation, thus estimating the software development man-hours.
