Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film optical waveguide that prevents optical propagation loss from increasing and that has superior productivity as well as great bendable property, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The film optical waveguide 1 is equipped with a core part 2 for propagating light and a clad part 3 for covering the core part 2, wherein the core part 2 is composed of polyene-polythiol based photosetting resin composition from a photosetting resin material of radical reaction system, while the clad part is for example composed of acrylic photosetting resin material or the like. The manufacturing method of the film optical waveguide is such that the polyene-polythiol based photosetting resin composition is filled in the recess of the recess-contained clad part and photoset. Thus, hardening defect can be prevented in a boundary between the core part and the clad part, and also a low viscosity is made possible in the core part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
