METHOD OF MANUFACTURING RESIN PLATE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING REAR PROJECTION SCREEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin plate which is capable of reducing manufacturing cost with an excellent yield and to provide a method of manufacturing a rear projection screen. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the resin plate performs the surface processing of the resin plate 21 and includes: a step in which a solventless ultraviolet curable resin having a viscosity of 500 to 3,000 mPa s is applied to the film surface of a cover film 22 having a thickness of 30 to 200 μm, with a film thickness of 10 to 50 μm; a step in which the cover film 22 to which the ultraviolet curable resin is applied is pressed on the resin plate 21, to stick the cover film 22 and the resin plate 21; and a step in which the ultraviolet curable resin between the resin plate 21 and the cover film 22 is irradiated with ultraviolet light, to cure the ultraviolet curable resin.
