SOLUTION: Tip parts of a plurality of leading blades 64 of a straightening vane 4 partitioning a leading guiding duct 71 guiding air blowing out from a centrifugal fan 5 are welded on a frame edge surface 92a of a fan cover 6 attached on the main body case with covering at least part of the centrifugal fan 5. Air tightness of the leading guiding duct 71 can be secured without leveling the tip parts of the leading blades 64, and blast efficiency can be secured with improving manufacturability.
