Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for under-floor humidity control which can maintain the humidity-adjustment function of a humidity-control member by preventing water intrusion to the interior of a mat bag body when a house is flooded up to the floor by a flood or the like, and which can promote drying of the under-floor space by making use of the humidity-adjustment function after the water has gone out of the underfloor. SOLUTION: The humidity-control member 2 is stored inside the mat bag body 1 of the mat for under-floor humidity control, and the mat bag body 1 is formed of an undersurface sheet material 11 and an upper sheet material 12. Then the undersurface sheet material is formed of a non-moisture permeability sheet material, and the upper sheet material is formed of a moisture-permeability and water-resistance sheet material.
