Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture which is excellent in antirust effect, the effect of blocking chloride ions intruding from outside and exerts the effect of suppressing Ca eluviation and thus can be principally used in civil engineering and construction industries. SOLUTION: The cement admixture contains 3CaO-Al2O3-6H2O and nitrites. The BET specific surface area of 3CaO-Al2O3-6H2O is ≥2 m2/g, and the nitrites are preferably lithium nitrite and/or calcium nitrite. The blending rate of 3CaO-Al2O3-6H2O and nitrite is 1/4 to 4/1 in the molar ratio of Al2O3/NO2. There is also provided a cement composition containing cement, 3CaO-Al2O3-6H2O and the nitrites.
