SEAT BELT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device for a vehicle capable of always accurately controlling tension of a webbing by reducing fluctuation in tension of the webbing by variation of temperature environment as much as possible. SOLUTION: A reel 12 wound with the webbing 5 for restricting an occupant sitting on a seat 2; a motor 10 for driving the reel 12 and giving the tension to the webbing to restrict the occupant; and a motor control means 41 for controlling a feeding current to the motor 10 are provided, and further, a room temperature sensor 37 and an external air temperature sensor 38 are provided. The feeding current to the motor 10 by the motor control means 41 is adjusted according to the detection result of the room temperature sensor 37 and the external air temperature sensor 38.
