Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure for facilitating the attachment work of frame while sustaining high attachment precision, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with that frame structure. SOLUTION: When a frame 14 with an inserting portion 14a having one stepwise side portion 14b and a frame 12 with an insertion hole 12a having parts 12aa and 12ab formed to insert the one side portion of the inserting portion are attached, the one side portion of the inserting portion is pulled into a part of the insertion hole by inserting the inserting portion into the insertion hole and fastening the frames each other. Consequently, the frames can be attached easily even if the play is reduced between the inserting portion and the insertion hole and since the one side portion of the inserting portion and a part of the insertion hole act to reduce the play, high precision attachment state can be sustained over a long term.
