TOILET SEAT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device provided with a heated toilet seat with limited releasing heat and high durability which keeps the toilet clean inside by securely preventing filthy water from dispersing from a gap between the upper end of a toilet bowl body and the lower surface of the heated toilet seat. SOLUTION: The toilet seat 2 makes a person who is seated on such seat feel comfortable warmth by moderately heating an outer cover member 5 by the heat generated on energizing a heater 12 of the toilet seat 2 of a toilet bowl with toilet seat 1 and transferred through a cover member 10B. The outer cover member 5 is made softer than a toilet seat case 10 to provide good cushioning characteristics and is provided with a heat insulating property to save energy by controlling heat emission from the upper surface and sides of the toilet seat 2. A lower projected section 5a with a length which can reach the lower end of a gap generated between the toilet seat case 10 and the toilet bowl body 3 is provided on the lower end of the outer cover member 5 along the inner periphery of the toilet seat case 10 to securely prevent cleaning water from splashing and leaping out from a local area by a heated water cleaning device 7 through the gap.
