Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit where high speed is realized by improving drive performance of a drive circuit, power consumption of the drive circuit is reduced, DC power is simultaneously supplied to a plurality of the drive circuits with one power supply, and which can individually be set. SOLUTION: Two drive power tracking signals are generated depending on a waveform of drive power driving a focus and tracking actuator. The two drive power tracking signals are inputted to a boosting multi-output power supply. In the boosting multi-output power supply, fixed power is controlled by the drive power tracking signal. When drive power is larger than fixed power, two control powers are generated which are larger than fixed power and are slightly larger than drive power. Two control powers are supplied to a focus and tracking drive circuit, and drive power is generated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
