Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit capable of replacing a battery pack during power supply even if a voltage and a supply current of a battery to be replaced is high. SOLUTION: A voltage drop circuit 15 receives in parallel respectively output voltages of a plurality of battery packs 11, and outputs the voltage without dropping the output voltage of any one of the plurality of the battery packs 11 and outputs the voltages with dropping the output voltages of the other battery packs. An inverter 12 receives, in parallel through a lateral flow prevention diode 14, a non-voltage drop battery pack which did not drop the output voltage and each output voltage of the voltage drop battery packs which dropped the output voltages, then outputting the voltages to a load with converting them to alternating current. Then, power supply control portion 17 monitors discharge ends of a plurality of the battery packs 11, and the battery packs 11 which have become the discharged ends are used as the voltage drop battery packs and any one of the other voltage drop battery packs is used as the non-voltage drop battery pack.
