LOCAL NETWORK SYSTEM, CONTROL TERMINAL, APPARATUS TO BE CONTROLLED, CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change simply and inexpensively the content of control of an apparatus to be controlled connected to a control terminal communicatively. SOLUTION: A control terminal used in a local network system has a means which receives an alarm signal from the apparatus to be controlled, a means which selects a script which specifies one or more application program interfaces which execute at least one function of the apparatus to be controlled responding to the received alarm signal, and a means which executes the selected script. The apparatus to be controlled has a means which transmits alarm signals to the control terminal, a storing means which stores application program interface which executes functions of the apparatus to be controlled, and a means which executes the function indicated from the control terminal.
