Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for displaying images that can increase the viewing filed with a high contrast ratio (CR) of a display, such as liquid crystal display panel with multi-film compensation. SOLUTION: The system comprises a liquid crystal display, having a wide viewing angle and multi-film compensation. The liquid crystal display comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate. A first birefringence compensation film is interposed in between a first polarizing plate and the first substrate, and a second birefringent compensation film is interposed in between a second polarizing plate and the second substrate. The first birefringence compensation film and the second birefringence compensation film have different birefringence polarities. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
