Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve non-symmetry of a signal layer or to strengthen shield. SOLUTION: A magnetic field sensor has a linear conductor pattern 1a, and first and second conductor patterns 1b, 1c branched from an end by being connected to the end of the linear conductor pattern. The magnetic field sensor has a first layer 1 arranged oppositely by separating the edges of the first and second conductor patterns from a prescribed distance, a second layer 3 having the same shape conductor pattern as the first layer, a third conductor pattern 2b opposed to the first conductor pattern by making it finer than the width of the first conductor pattern, and a fourth conductor pattern 2c opposed to the second conductor pattern by being connected to the third conductor pattern and the edge part. The magnetic field sensor has a third layer arranged between the first layer and the second layer by possessing a notch in the vicinity of a linear conductor by the fourth conductor pattern and a first via conductor 4 electrically connecting the first layer, the second layer and the third layer with the edge part of the third conductor pattern.
