Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw mechanism which can effectively prevent a circulation member from coming off despite low cost. SOLUTION: A circulation member 4 is surely fixed by controlling dimensions of a steel ball 5 and three sides (a side surface 2e, an opposed surface 4e, a bottom of a notch 2d) coming into contact therewith. Since the steel ball 5 producing plastic deformation of the opposed surface 4e is left intact in a nut 2 so as to implement locking action, in addition, a spring bag in the elastic deformation part which acts in a direction of weakening restraining force in a case of conventional technology oppositely acts in a direction of enhancing the restraining force.
