Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device which simplifies its configuration by omitting any complicated device or mechanism for preventing the submarine phenomenon of an occupant in the sudden deceleration such as a collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: When a seatback 16 is tilted backward of a vehicle (the direction of an arrow RE), a swing arm mechanism 40 moves a buckle 36 (at a supporting position of a wrap webbing 22A) forwardly and backward of the vehicle in an interlocking manner therewith. Thus, since a large restrictive force downward of the vehicle (the direction of an arrow DN) by the wrap webbing 22A is applied to an occupant P, any complicated device or mechanism for preventing the submarine phenomenon of the occupant P is omitted in the sudden deceleration such as a collision of the vehicle, and the configuration is simplified thereby.
