Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for a working vehicle superior in operability and mountability. SOLUTION: An HST 32 is disposed above and rearward of axles 21L, 21R, and electric motors 35L, 35R are disposed at the front of the transmission 30. An electric motor 82 for operating the HST 32 is provided, and the electric motor 82 is mounted on the top surface in the rear of the transmission 30. The mounting surface 87 is formed on the same level of the outer periphery of the longitudinal intermediate part of the transmission 30. The transmission 30 is inserted and mounted from rearward on a plate-like mounting frame 83 having an opening part 83a matched to the outer peripheral shape of the mounting surface 87.
