MACHINING METHOD OF STONE EATING UTENSIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a machining method responding to mass production and inexpensively manufacturing a stone pot for an electromagnetic cooker by simplifying the machining process and facilitating work, thus solving a problem when manufacturing the stone pot for the electromagnetic cooker; it is necessary to plane the bottom thinly but the work for planing a stone board into 4 mm or less requires both of a skill and a time. SOLUTION: A pot having a shape of integrating the bottom parts of two stone pots is cut from a stone material and, after machining the stone pot, the center of the integrated bottom part is cut to form two stone pots. This method requires no high level of the machining skill for thinly planing the bottom of the pot, eliminates the waste of the stone material for integrally manufacturing the two pots from the stone material, simultaneously produces the two stone pots by just cutting the bottom apart so as to shorten the machining time and respond to the mass production.
