Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fatigue and the lowering of working efficiency by environment management when those are predicted. SOLUTION: A monitor means 2 for monitoring the physiological state is attached to a worker 1, monitored data of the physiological state such as pulse are supplied to a detecting means 3, the data information is stored in a recording means 7 via a communication means 4 and the data information recorded in the recording means 7 is read by an information processor 8. The read information is supplied to a comparison means 81 in the inside and the supplied data from the detecting means 3 and prestored criterion value are compared. A command determination means 82 determines the content for executing a work command based on the comparison result and is delivered to an environment control means 12 from a delivery means 83. The environment control means emits a command signal for actuating device means to the device means such as an illumination device 13, a transmission device 14, an aroma device 15 and a sound device 16 for controlling the environment where the object 1 stays based on the delivered information of the environment control.
