POWER DISTRIBUTION CONTROL DEVICE AND HYBRID CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further efficiently control an engine and a battery. SOLUTION: This power distribution control device comprises a battery state collection part 36 that collects the battery state of the battery 11; a pump requirement power collecting part 35, that collects pump requirement power required by a hydraulic pump motor 5 that makes a shaft 8 rotate by oil pressure, by increasing and decreasing the oil pressure of operating oil that operates an actuator 6 by rotational power imparted from the shaft 8, that is rotated by the engine 3; and control parts 44, 47, each of which selects either powering or regeneration, on the basis of the battery state and the required power. The pump requirement power shows torque imparted to the shaft 8 by the hydraulic pump motor, or shows torque imparted to the hydraulic pump motor 5 by the shaft 8. Each electric generator system 7, 12 and 14 imparts the rotational power converted from power fed from the battery 11 to the shaft 8, when the powering is selected, and power converted from the rotational power imparted from the shaft 8 is charged to the battery 11, when the regeneration is selected.
