Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a music and a sound which are reproduced by an audio player to be outputted using an audio device without connecting the audio player to the audio device by an audio cable. SOLUTION: An input of a switch 207 is to be switched between a modulation circuit 204 side and a DIT 213 side. An audio signal inputted to a remote controller 200 from a digital audio player 100 is to be transmitted by an infrared ray transmission circuit 206 via the DIT 213, the switch 207 and an amplifier 205. A code signal generated by a microcomputer 201 is to be transmitted by the infrared ray transmission circuit 206 via the modulation circuit 207, the switch 207 and the amplifier 205. The code generated by the microcomputer 201 is to be inserted into the audio signal by a data inserting circuit 212 when the input of the switch 207 is at the DIT 213 side.
