SOLUTION: An emergency photographing control section 132 generates thumbnail image data for representing a thumbnail image photographed in an emergency mode set by an operation section 200 and main image data representing main images in case of emergency, a recording medium 110 records the thumbnail image data and the main image data, and a transmission reception section 133 collectively transmits the thumbnail image data recorded in the recording medium 110 together with photographing data showing a GPS position and then transmits the main image data in response to the depression of an emergency contact button of the operation section 100.
