Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise generating apparatus with a comparatively simple configuration whereby a bandwidth of a noise signal can be varied. SOLUTION: The noise generating apparatus includes: a first signal generating section for generating a first signal; a frequency spread section for spreading the frequency of the first signal generated by the first signal generating section; a second signal generating section for generating a second signal; a mixer for converting the frequency of the first signal spread by the frequency spread section on the basis of the second signal generated by the second signal generating section; and a bandpass filter for passing the first signal whose frequency is converted by the mixer for a prescribed pass band.
