Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for fabrication of a solid electrolytic capacitor which can raise a yield at the time of manufacturing and packaging by leaps and bounds by suppressing that leakage current increases in a manufacturing stage and a packaging stage. SOLUTION: When cleaning solution cleans the front surface of a solid-state electrolytic layer 8, in the cleaning solution, it is characterized by adding a 3-glycidexypropyltrimethoxysilane. Moreover, it is characterized by having a step which heat treats at a temperature of 230°C or more inside of a step which forms the solid-state electrolytic layer 8 or before a step which is after the step which forms the solid-state electrolytic layer 8, and forms a carbon layer 9 on the solid-state electrolytic layer 8.
