COMPONENT FEEDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component feeder with which safety of an operator can be secured and production efficiency is not deteriorated at the time of unlocking an opening/closing door for putting a palette in and out of a magazine. SOLUTION: When an electronic component on a tray placed on the prescribed palette 21 in the magazine 22 lacks even if an elevator mechanism (including drawer mechanism) is operated, and an operator operates an operation key so as to supply the electronic component; a controller receives an operation signal from the operation switch operating by the operation key, and controls a corresponding locking device to unlock and a door object to be opened/closed. Although the operator opens a door object and puts the palette 21 in/out of the magazine 22, hands of the operator are prevented from being put into the magazine 22 by an insertion preventing object 19.
