Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet generating device generating a synthetic jet and increasing a discharge quantity of gas, a plate drive device equipped on the same, and an electronic apparatus equipped with the jet generating device. SOLUTION: The jet generating device 10 is provided with a casing 5, and a nozzle body 2 is installed on the front surface of the casing 5. A first arm 7 actuated by an electromagnetic actuator 16 and a second arm interlocking with the first arm 7 are provided in the casing 5. A plate 4 giving a gas pressure difference is connected to the first arm 7 and the second arm 8. Since a principle of lever by the first arm 7 and the second arm 8 using fulcrum shafts 7a and 8a as fulcrums is adopted, the moving quantity of the plate 4 can be enlarged by small drive energy.
