METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MATERIAL PROVIDED WITH PHOSPHATE COATING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a material provided with a phosphate coating film, which can efficiently separate and collect components for chemically phosphating treatment contained in cleaning wastewater, and expends a low facility cost and a low running cost. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises the steps of: bringing a material 50 to be treated into contact with a treatment liquid containing components for chemically phosphate conversion coating in a chemical treatment tank 9 to form the phosphate coating film on the material; cleaning the chemically phosphate-conversion-coated material with rinse water in a first rinse tank 10; adding chemical agents to the cleaning wastewater discharged in the cleaning step through a pipeline 29 for adding metallic components and a pipeline 30 for adding an alkaline component; separating a solid content from the cleaning wastewater containing the added metallic component and alkaline component in a solid-liquid separation apparatus 15; and reusing the separated solid content as the component for chemically phosphate conversion coating, in the step of the chemically phosphate conversion coating.
