Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved forms of humanized immunoglobulins that are substantially non-immunogenic in humans, yet easily and economically produced in a manner suitable for therapeutic formulations and other uses and provide a pharmaceutical composition for treatment using the composition. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for producing humanized immunoglobulins having framework regions capable of binding to an antigen with affinity of at least 108M-1and derived from human receptor immunoglobulin light and heavy chains and complementary determining regions (CDR's) derived from a donor immunoglobulin and defined by Kabat, et al. The method includes a step of substituting at least one non-CDR framework amino acid of a receptor immunoglobulin with the corresponding amino acid derived from a donor immunoglobulin and the substitution is carried out at a prescribed position.
