Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resveratrol-containing oily base material containing the resveratrol without containing an additive such as an emulsifier; and to provide a method for producing the resveratrol-containing oily base material, an oily cosmetic and a method for producing the oily cosmetic. SOLUTION: The resveratrol-containing oily base material is obtained as follows. A resveratrol-containing material containing the resveratrol such as a seed coat of a peanut or a skin of a grape is dried and pulverized to several mm sizes, and the pulverized product is milled with an oily base material such as coconut oil and olive oil added thereto by a mill. A mixture of the resveratrol-containing material and the oily base material is separated to a solid and a liquid by using a method such as centrifugal separation to extract an oily solution (liquid) which is the oily cosmetic.
