Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a water printing plate which does not leave marks of rubber-made suckers of an automatic feeding apparatus for a printing plate material constituting a part of an automatic printing plate manufacturing system of CTP (Computer To Plate) and is excellent in face adjusting properties, in a newspaper offset printing by CTP. SOLUTION: An original printing plate for the water printing plate for newspaper offset printing by CTP which is mechanically roughened, chemically or electrically etched, anodized, and furthermore formed with an alkali-soluble resin layer on a hydrophilic-treated aluminum substrate, and a method for manufacturing the water printing plate using it, are provided.
