Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording device capable of executing high-speed printing while maintaining excellent recording for a long period of time even when utilizing electrostatic force for attraction-holding of a recording medium. SOLUTION: The ink-jet recording device having a plurality of discharge nozzle rows arranged in a staggered pattern is composed as follows. A shape of each electrode pattern of an electrostatic attraction transfer belt is formed into a shape of nearly facing the arrangement of a plurality of the discharge nozzle rows arranged in a staggered pattern. A power feeding part is divided to feed power to each electrode pattern in order to apply a voltage to each electrode pattern in a position not facing the discharge nozzle rows without applying a voltage to each electrode pattern in a position facing the discharge nozzle rows.
