Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-in device for purifying water which does not oppress the working space around a sink unit or the storage space in a cabinet and is exchanged easily and the service life of whose cartridge is set long. SOLUTION: The device for purifying water, which is arranged in the sink unit provided with: a top plate constituting a sink; and the storage cabinet which is arranged below the top plate and has a front door or a drawer, is provided with: a purification unit arranged in the storage cabinet for purifying city water to produce purified water; and a water faucet arranged on the top plate for discharging the produced purified water. The purification unit is arranged in the space between the front side of the sink in the storage cabinet and the front door or in the space between the front side of the sink and a front panel of the drawer.
