Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge plasma treatment device enhanced in reliability capable of keeping dielectric barrier discharge even in the high temperature field just under an engine and capable of preventing the damage of a dielectric barrier caused by a high temperature and a high electric field. SOLUTION: In the discharge plasma treatment device constituted so that flow channels through which a treatment gas flows are provided in a laminate formed by alternately laminating discharge electrodes 9 and dielectrics 10, each of the discharge electrodes has unevenness formed on its upper and back surfaces and the dielectrics are held between the discharge electrodes adjacent to each other in a lamination direction. The discharge electrodes and the dielectrics are laminated so that the surface on the opposite side of the part, which is in contact with projections 8 viewed from the side of the dielectric, of one of the adjacent discharge electrodes in one dielectric is positioned so as to be positioned at recessed parts viewed from the side of the dielectric of the other one of the adjacent discharge electrodes.
