FOLDABLE DIALYSIS UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for solution exchange which can be easily used. SOLUTION: A solution bag 18 is provided in a pouch 26 having an insulated heater 12, and a drain bag 20 is arranged on a drain tray 30 having a scale 14. An administration tube 22 connects the drain bag 20 and the solution bag 18 to a system 1 and an automatic valves 16a and 16b. An extension line tube 24 is connected to the administration tube 22 and extended to a patient receiving peritoneal dialysis. The bottom part of the exchange system has the drain tray 30 in which the scale 14 is incorporated. The scale 14 can measure the weight of the fluid discharged into the drain bag 20 and supplied through the administration tube 22 into the drain bag 20. The drain bag 20 can be arranged at an arbitrary position on the drain tray 30 so as to decide the weight of the drain bag 20 using the incorporated scale 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
