Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic nano-particle composite cross-linking polymer electrolyte film excellent in ion exchange capacity, dimensional stability, oxidation resistant property, and strength, suitable for using it for a fuel cell, and a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The inorganic nano-particle composite cross-linking polymer electrolyte film is constituted of a polymeric film base material, graft molecular chain bonded to main chain skeleton of the polymeric film base material, formed by graft polymerizing vinyl monomers; sulfonic acid group bonded to the graft molecular chain, and grain-shaped inorganic material of nano-scale, uniformly dispersed in the main chain skeleton of the polymeric film base material and cross-linking structure formed by the graft molecular chain, and characterized by the cross-linking structure of the main chain skeleton of the polymeric film base material, the graft molecular chain, and the inorganic nano-particles.
