PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for improving convenience in the case of acquiring disclosure information stored in an information disclosing device through a communication network, and referring to the acquired information. SOLUTION: In this information processor, a reference information storage part 41 stores reference information for referring to disclosure information stored in an information disclosing device 20, and an association key information acquiring part 42 acquires association key information to be decided regardless of the disclosure information, and an association key information storage part 43 stores the acquired association key information by associating it with reference information, and the association key information is offered for the selection of the reference information.
