Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing roller, to prevent a roller covered with a fluoro resin from easily generating hardness differences in its axial direction and circumferential direction and stabilize product hardness by specifying heating conditions for a heating treatment. SOLUTION: A heat-resistant elastic layer and a fluoro resin tube are formed in that order on a core shaft disposed along an axis in a cylindrical mold. Subsequently, they are subjected to a predetermined primary heat treatment and thereby a roller product is obtained. Thereafter, the roller product is subjected to a secondary heat treatment under conditions satisfying the following equation: Y=-(35 to 36)Ln(X)+290, wherein Y is a heating treatment temperature (°C) and X is a heating treatment time (hr).
