METAL LINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal liner with superior economical efficiency capable of covering fire-proof material in an incinerator, and capable of preventing foreign matter adhesion to the fire-proof material and breakage of the fire-proof material due to water spray. SOLUTION: A plurality of support rods 22 are protruded toward a back face side from a liner body 21 formed in a shape hugging surfaces of refractory bricks 12 of the incinerator 10. The liner body 21 is comprised of a clad steel plate with heat resisting steel deposited by welding on a surface of a matrix material comprised of weldable steel. To allow deformation due to thermal expansion, the support rod 22 are protruded to a furnace exterior through guide pipes 22 embedded in the refractory brick 12 of the incinerator 10, and a protruding end is resiliently fixed to an iron shell 11 of the incinerator 10 via a spring 25.
