PANEL WITH STUCK SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel with a stuck sheet wherein the extended sheet-like material hardly wrinkles when decorating a panel surface with a sheet-like material. SOLUTION: The panel is covered with a sheet-like material 2 over the surface of a panel body 1. The sheet-like material 2 whose end is formed along the peripheral edge of the panel body 1 is held between the side wall of a groove 3 opening at the rear-face side and a pressing member 4 fitted in the groove 3 and laid on, so that, even at a corner likely forming an excess part, the excess part can be securely fitted by the side wall 11 of the groove 3 and the pressing member 4.
