SOLUTION: The paper sheets processing device is provided with an accumulation part for accumulating the paper sheets; a conveying belt for conveying the accumulated bills S accumulated on the accumulation part; a guide member 75 for guiding the bills so as to push up one end side in a longitudinal direction of the accumulated bills S conveyed by the conveying belt; an alignment guide 76 for abutting/aligning the other end side of the accumulated bills S guided by the guide member 75 and guiding them along a conveying direction; and a bundling mechanism for bundling the accumulated bills S conveyed along the alignment guide 76 by a strap.
